How many times has the thought of a golf swing come in your mind? 5 times a day, 10 times a day? If your around 1 to 5 times than your a medium to high handicapper. It's opposite if you think of golf all the time. If your higher than 5 to 10 times a day then your an avid golfer and your game characterizes it.
The more golfers think about it and apply it to their game the better they will grow over time playing golf. The more you play the more your able to remember your strengths and weaknessess. Now what will make you stronger or weaker? If your an active athlete and enjoy competition. Then your a step ahead but that is golf. Your either playing yourself or playing to beat your opponent. Now how do golfers do that? How do we level both fields?
Each golfer or person has a unique genuine golf swing. Whether over time your swing stays in sync is up to your lifestyle and practice. Now the more you use that swing and whether it is on or off the golf course will determine it's over body memory. Golf is using motion, mind and memory all at the same time. Remember you control it all. Any golfer can go from beginner to amateur level with time. So the 2 key steps are using your memory and practicing it over and over again.
So what is the solution? It's simple go play golf! You have to always be practicing or playing golf. Now rather you make time or waist it is your decision. But if want to improve your game then you got to make time for it. This is where another key step comes in using your practice time while you play golf. Use your time and practice your game with your mind and memory. This will add to your golf swing and you will see your overall game and skill improve over time. Now how do we make sure it sticks? Simply just repeat again and again. Only time will show and tell.
So again using your memory of the swing and combing it with practice will improve your game over time. Sounds pretty simple right? Then why is it so hard? Well, it is already there in front of us. Just stick to the systems and use the steps of using your mind with memory and practice it over time. In time your golf game will improve. As long as your doing that then the rest is to have fun. But remember none of it works unless you go and do it. So get out and play golf! Go golf!
